Club General Committee
The Club General Committee generally meet once a month from August to May.

Insurance
The Club hold Public Liability Insurance in line with England Hockey recommendations.

There is no cover for personal accidents and all members are recommended to consider whether personal injury insurance would be appropriate. Travel to and from matches should be covered under a vehicle's insurance policy; it is not covered under the club's insurance policy.

Information Disclosure - Membership Database
All information collected on these forms is stored on the database and accessed by the Committee, Treasurer and Youth Development Officers.
The database is GDPR compliant and is password restricted to those with necessary access.
Appropriate information is distributed to team captains and coaches.
Information in the database is updated upon request to the Honorary Secretary.
