This partnership is another example of our movement towards the next era at Witham Hockey Club and our commitment to high level hockey - we are one of the first amateur grassroots clubs to be getting this kit in the UK and the premium quality sets us above.

As part of this launch we’re delighted to inform you that all kit purchases are 10% off until the end of September 2026. So get your kit now in preparation for the new season!

Our thanks to Andrew McArthur for his diligent work behind the scenes to organise this and help put Witham on the map, his efforts are very much appreciated and this is a truly fantastic moment for the Club.

This transition marks a significant step forward for the club, addressing several challenges we faced with our previous kit and improving both the quality and production times.

Why We Made the Change:

• End of Open-Ended Contract: We have successfully and favourably exited a rolling, open-ended contract that carried significant financial implications for termination, that have been significantly reduced and negotiated.
• Improved Delivery and Production: The previous custom-order bespoke kit led to frustratingly long lead and production times, as well as inconsistency due to supplier issues to THC. The previous kit also required the Club to have a holding stock for all kit items, placing a further financial commitment on unsold items in the event of contract termination.

What to Expect from the New Osaka Kit:

• Premium Quality: Osaka is a recognized premium brand, offering a noticeable upgrade in the overall quality of our playing and training kit. We have retained our faithful eagle crest but moved to a badge design to be more modern, sleek and professional, we think it looks fantastic and hope you do too!
• Faster Lead Times: By utilising standard stock items, we drastically reduce production and delivery waiting times.
• Efficient Customization: Club badges and player numbers are now applied at the point of purchase, eliminating the need for the Club to require large amounts of bespoke inventory be held at THC.
• Consistent Design: The new partnership ensures a unified and professional look across all club teams with the design and supply being maintained to a high standard.
• Wider Selection, Zero Risk: This standard-stock model allows us to offer a much broader range of kit and merchandise options without the financial commitment of holding bespoke stock.
