
Our resident fitness lads, Joe Nichols and Reece Flint are running a Summer Bootcamp of fitness sessions in preparation for the season starting in September.
Free and open to all, no matter your fitness level and/or athleticism. It's about personal effort and spurring each other to bring us all up! So please don't think you have to be super fit or even close to that, it's about your own personal improvement. Partners/Players outside of the Club also welcome.
Sessions are 19:00-20:00 at Sauls Bridge Playing Field until the season starts. Joe & Reece will be running a mixture of different types of conditioning sessions to get everyone stronger, have better endurance and be mentally geared up to a more superior level than last season. Again, it's about your personal efforts and improvements but together we can push each other to achieve more.
All you need to do is be there, make sure you wear suitable clothing and bring water.
