Welcome to Witham Hockey Club, we are a family-friendly yet competitive club based in Essex within the town of Witham. Established in 1924 we've had the joy of more than one-hundred year of hockey in Witham and the surrounding areas. We currently have five Mens teams and two Ladies teams that regularly play league games during the season. We also have a Juniors Section where we coach youths between the ages of 4-13 from the town and neighbouring areas as well as enter multiple juniors tournaments throughout the season. We also boast vets teams and a mixed team that play semi-regularly throughout the season and within tournaments.

Further to this we're a very social club with a large number of socials at our clubhouse throughout the season. We're a very friendly bunch who have been known to make very good use of our bar... Even on non-social nights you'll often find the clubhouse filled with a large number of players and members catching up whilst celebrating (or less often commiserating) a great day of hockey.

Fixtures
The 2025/26 season fixtures have been announced, the first league matches start on Saturday 20th September 2025. As Easter is early in 2026 there is limited scope for fitting in 22 league Saturdays, therefore they have had to schedule 12 consecutive Saturdays with no break for the October half term.
