The day started with 3 different goalkeepers all kitting up...Witham then decided on whichever was there on time! An inspired choice on behalf of the half fit captain!

The game began and Sam M fell over, taking the lead from Teddy...oh sorry...the game...Witham were dominant but not able to put the little ball in the massive goal!

As half time came nearer and nearer, Widdle decided to take matters into his own hands and accurately put a short corner through the keepers legs, meaning we took a well deserved 1-0 lead into the break.

After a half time team talk, Widdle scored another shorty, defenders always bail out attackers! A period of domination ensued without reward, until, out of nowhere, Wiseman decided to be proactive and scored a goal without taking out a 14 Yr old!

Witham were flying, short passes, keeping the ball....until Daren got bored and smashed it off the end for no apparent reason.

Witham, still being eagles, kept the pressure on, claiming a fourth by...um...the resurgent Ross, nicely assisted by the one legged Mr Awesome.

At this point, the boredom had really set in for Daren, so he decided that maiming Teddy with a ball to the Crown Jewels was the best tonic for it.

Oh yeah...they scored a goal...after which we all went back to the bar and outdrunk, and out stayed the rest of the club.

The unbeaten 5s live to see another day.
