About Us
Witham Hockey Club was established in 1924, making this our 101st Season. Our home is at The Park Pavilion on Maldon Road, which we share with Witham Cricket Club.

Originally, matches were played on grass at The Park but are now played on the AstroTurf pitch on Spinks Lane.

Over the years, the club has grown and we currently run 5 Mens and 2 Ladies teams in Saturday leagues who are entered into their respective England Hockey competitions.

We also run a successful Juniors section who train and play in tournaments on Sundays. You can find out more about our Juniors section here.

Welcome to Witham Hockey Club. This year is the club's 101st year and we are proud to provide a variety of hockey opportunities for our members. As an umpire and still occasional player myself I am passionate about facilitating sport for all and providing access at all levels of the sport I have been involved in for too many years to count!
